Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. KnowledgeHub Services (Online Aptitude Tests)
Once access to online aptitude tests, assessments, mock exams, or any KnowledgeHub digital services has been provided and activated, the fees paid are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Exam access activation
- Test attempt usage
- Result generation
- Performance analytics
- Refunds will not be entertained after the user has started or accessed any test or related service.

2. Cancellation Policy (Before Test Activation)
Cancellation request after test activation: No refund

Subscriptions / Digital Services
Subscription cancellations can be requested anytime. Refunds will be pro-rated based on unused service period, if applicable.
No refund will be issued for partially used tests or completed assessment modules.

Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be provided in case of technical issues, duplicate payments, or if the company cancels a program/service.
